It is now the morning of 8/2 and at 8am I have called and been given the we will get back to you after we reach dispatch. I call at 6PM and am told I'll check and get back to you. Response - I will reach out to dispatch to check for an update and I will let you know once I've heard back. I check back at 11:54am and receive text "Hello, dispatch confirmed this is on schedule for today, at this time we do not have an ETA but you can expect removals this afternoon before end of day." At 4:20 I reach out because the dumpsters are still here. 8/1, I call and am told they didn't come because they couldn't get to landfill in time but the 2 dumpsters would be picked up that day 8/1. Dumpsters still there at 5pm so I call again. Mid afternoon I call and am told the pickup will still occur. Pickup date comes, I receive text and email that its scheduled for pickup. I set and confirmed a pickup date of 7/31. I still needed the 30 so after several more calls, I was delivered a 12. I call Budget Dumpster and they said they would give me a credit AFTER I sent them pictures of the dumpster delivered to confirm what I said. I ordered a 30 and they showed up with a 20 and according to the driver, they didn't have any. They are fraudulent and they have shady business practices. But of course they don’t how else would they scam you of as much as possible? This is an actual joke. You would think that since you’re doing business with them over the phone that they would advice you that you have to schedule the pick up or they will continue billing you for each day that you have it. Not these scum bags! They won’t tell you over the phone where you schedule the drop off of the dumpster, they “send it in an email” that you’re not even expecting so you don’t know to check it and it ended up in our spam folder so we never saw it. Also most dumpster companies give you a set amount of days to fill it and then they pick it up. Then they finally gave us a credit but if we didn’t have cameras they would’ve lied and kept the fraudulent fee. When I told them I have cameras all around the property and can prove that they sent the wrong company. They literally sent the wrong dumpster company to pick up the dumpster they provided and then tried to charge US a trip fee for their mistake. They are a third party not the actual dumpster company that you rent the dumpster from.
